1. Lawful, authorized use
Use Stewardex only for lawful church or organizational operations and only with permission from the applicable account owner. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, or access another organization’s workspace.
2. Security and service integrity
Do not bypass access controls, share private credentials, introduce malware, overload the service, scrape it at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer protected portions, or probe for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization. Report suspected security issues to security@getstewardex.com.
3. Content and privacy
Do not upload content you lack the right to use, unlawful surveillance data, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, pastoral counseling notes, confidential donor records, or information about children unless Stewardex has expressly agreed in writing that the service is designed and contracted to process it. Asset photographs and notes must respect privacy and intellectual-property rights.
4. Harmful and deceptive activity
Do not use Stewardex for harassment, discrimination, fraud, phishing, spam, unlawful tracking, dangerous instructions, or activity that threatens a person, church, provider, or network.
5. Enforcement
Stewardex may investigate suspected violations and limit or suspend affected access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, the service, or the law. We will provide notice and an opportunity to respond when circumstances reasonably allow. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination under the Terms of Service.
6. Reporting concerns
Send suspected abuse to support@getstewardex.com. Include the church name, relevant account or record, date, and a factual description; never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
