Contracting identity and location
Stewardex™ operates from Salem, Oregon. The planned legal entity is Stewardex, LLC; formation is not represented as complete until accepted by the Oregon Secretary of State. The final contracting identity and physical notice address will be identified on the applicable order form before any public paid subscription is activated.
