1. Pilot purpose and term
The pilot evaluates real church workflows, reliability, usability, support, imports, exports, labels, and permissions before general availability. Pilot access begins when Stewardex activates the workspace and continues until ended by either party or replaced by a written subscription arrangement.
2. Preview service
Pilot functions may be incomplete, change without the notice expected for a generally available product, or experience interruptions. Stewardex will use reasonable care to protect data and resolve reported issues, but does not promise a service level or uninterrupted availability during the pilot.
3. Church responsibilities
The church will name an authorized owner, limit access to appropriate team members, maintain its own exports of important records, validate imports and accounting outputs, and avoid uploading prohibited or unusually sensitive information. The church should test workflows before relying on them for critical operations.
4. Feedback
The church may provide feedback voluntarily. It grants Stewardex a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use and incorporate feedback without identifying the church or disclosing its confidential information. Stewardex will not publish the church’s name, logo, testimonial, or results without permission.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will use reasonable care to protect nonpublic product, security, church, and business information disclosed for the pilot, and will use it only for the pilot or service relationship. This does not cover information already known without restriction, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or made public without breach.
6. Ending the pilot
Either party may end pilot participation by written notice. The church should export needed records before access ends. Stewardex will handle return and deletion under the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum if signed, and any written pilot arrangement. Legacy or lifetime access applies only when Stewardex has explicitly designated the account in writing.
7. Relationship to other terms
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy also apply. If signed pilot terms or an order form directly conflict with this public page, the signed document controls for that church.
